Hollyhock Cottage is printed in 4 separate parts, consisting of the ground floor, first floor, roof and door. Some basic assembly is required. First floor and roof sections are removable which allows access for miniature placement inside.
Hollyhock Cottage supplied unpainted. Can be painted as desired using any standard modelling paints.
